At-risk youth need supportive employment opportunities that get them on the right track.
RONA FabShop provides training and employment to youth struggling to join the workforce. The youth get counselling support, life skills training, employability skills training, and carpentry skills training. And we then assist with job searches and placements. We aim to serve up to 32 trainees each year, and a minimum of 10.
RONA FabShop is a social enterprise that receives support from government and the RONA Foundation. The project also relies on sales revenue. However, private donors play an important part in making the project work. Your donations are always appreciated.
You can donate online to our parent organization Tradeworks Training Society through the CanadaHelps.org website.
